Excursions From Marrakech
Essaouira is an old Portuguese fortress, dating from the 18th century (ancient Mogador) and one of the most attractive cities on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, Essaouira. Enjoy a two and a half year journey through large plantations and dry argan hour. Your exploration of the city begins with a visit to the fortifications consisting of an amazing mix of Portuguese and Berber military architecture. Take a stroll through the medina and explore the souks and workshops dedicated to cedar carpentry and cedar sculpture.
